摘 要: 文章首先将行为表现评估与传统的评估方式进行比较,简述其对促进学生英语综合应用能力提高的作用;其次,提出建立"教、学、评"三位一体的动态评估体系。 This paper explores the significance of performance assessment on the promotion of college English teaching reform. The writer first introduces some of the important concepts associated with performance assessment, and then compares it with standardized achievement tests for the purpose of pointing out its positive effects on building the learners' ability to use English comprehensively. The paper concludes by suggesting that a "teaching, learning and assessing" system would conduce more to the reform of college English teaching.
