摘　　要： ERP工业沙盘模拟实训是一种融角色扮演、案例分析和专家诊断为一体,充分体现了"学生学为主,教师教为辅"的全新教学方式。以金蝶系统为例,ERP沙盘模拟实训教学建议分为四个阶段,授课教师师应重视课前综合知识的储备、实训规则的梳理等问题。 ERP sand table simulation is a brand-new teaching method which combines role play, case analysis and expert diagnosis, and it fully centers on the students＇ self-studying, with the teacher＇s teaching as supplementary. Using the Kingdee system as an example, ERP sand table simulation should be divided into four stages, and the teachers should pay great attention to comprehensive knowledge reserve, ERP sand table simulation rules,and so on.
