摘　　要： 通过分析社会对电子商务人才的需求,提出了电子商务人才培养的目标,根据培养目标分析了电子商务人才的知识结构和操作技能,并以我校的经验提出培养电子商务人才的培养方法,最后得出以下的结论：电子商务的人才是复合型人才,电子商务的人才大有可为。 The article put forward the goal of training the students who specialize in Electronic-Commerce in the professional college through analyzing the demand of society, then analyze the knowledge structure and the skill of practice that the students shouldchold, further more raise the training way for the students based on the experience of my College, at last educe the conclusion that the person with ability in EC is complex one who can develop his skill to full.
