摘　　要： 文章从学术背景、研究内容和研究视角等方面比较分析语用学与中国现代修辞学的不同点和共同点,认为两门学科具有广阔的合作前景。 This paper analyzes the similarities and differences between pragmatics and Chinese modem rhetoric in the perspectives of academic background, research interest and reasearch vantage, and concludes that they have the prospect of cooperation in a variety of areas.
