摘 要: 为探讨贫困大学生心理资本对学校适应的影响机制,使用心理资本问卷、自我和谐量表和中国大学生适应量表对450名贫困大学生进行问卷调查。研究结果发现:(1)贫困大学生的心理资本、自我和谐和学校适应三个变量之间两两显著相关;(2)贫困大学生的心理资本对学校适应有显著的正向影响;(3)贫困大学生的自我和谐在心理资本与学校适应之间起着部分中介作用。研究结果表明,积极开发贫困大学生的心理资本,促进自我和谐,可以有效提升贫困大学生的学校适应水平。 To explore the influence mechanism of psychological capital of impoverished college students on school adaptation,a total of 450 impoverished college students were selected by stratified random sampling method and tested by psychological capital questionnaire,self-harmony scale and Chinese college student adaptation scale.The results showed that:(1)the psychological capital,self-harmony and school adaptation of impoverished college students are significantly correlated;(2)the psychological capital of impoverished college students has a significant positive impact on school adaptation;(3)the self-harmony of impoverished college students plays a partial mediating role between psychological capital and school adaptation.The results show that developing the psychological capital and promoting self-harmony can effectively improve the school adaptation of impoverished college students.
