摘 要: 课程资源建设问题更多地指向教师课程实施过程,强调教师课程资源意识的确立和校本课程资源的开发能力。农村中小学课程资源建设的困境在于学校优质资源的匮乏。农村中小学课程资源建设的困境主要表现在两个方面,一是表现在学校办学条件差,图书设备设施不足,社区资源等校内外物质资源的匮乏;二是表现为人力课程资源开发能力不足。农村中小学课程资源建设需要借助教育信息技术丰富课程物质资源,借助校本教研制度培育教师专业精神、提升教师专业智慧与课程资源开发能力。 The problems of curriculum resources are more about the process of the curriculum implementation, which emphasize the establishment of teachers' awareness of curriculum resources and the ability of teachers to develop school-based curriculum resources. The dilemma of curriculum resources construction in rural primary and secondary schools lies in the shortage of high-quality resources. The dilemmas of rural primary and secondary" curriculum resources were mainly reflected in two aspects: one is the poor condition for running schools, including insufficient library equipment and facilities, insufficient community resources and other internal and external material resources; the other is the inability of teachers to develop curriculum resources. The construction of rural primary and secondary schools curriculum resources needs to make use of information technology in education to enrich the curriculum materials, with the help of school-based research system to cultivate the spirit of the teachers' professionalism, and to enhance their professional wisdom and curriculum resources development abilities.
