摘 要: 歧义容忍度是指外语学习过程中碰到不确定心理上的容忍程度,它成为影响外语学习的一个重要的因素。通过介绍歧义容忍度的概念、分析歧义容忍度和外语学习的关系、综述国内外学者对歧义容忍度的代表性研究和测量方法以及讨论歧义容忍度对外语教学的启示,从而使歧义容忍度的研究引起更多的重视。 Tolerance of ambiguity is the extend to which one can tolerant uncertain mental state in foreign language learning. It has hecome one of the important factors to influence foreign language learning. The present study attempts to arouse more attention for tolerance of ambiguity through the introduction of its concept, the analysis of the relationship between tolerance of ambiguity and foreign language learning, the summarization of studies on tolerance of ambiguity both home and abroad and also its measurements and the discussion of its implication for foreign language teaching.
