摘　　要： 新冠疫情下,高职贫困生面临学习困难、人际关系疏离、毕业生就业困难等多方面的难题。这些难题的解决可以从不同方面着手,而对贫困生进行心理资本培育是相对经济可行的措施之一。可以通过培育贫困生的希望、自信、乐观、韧性来提升贫困生的心理资本,帮助他们克服在疫情期间面临的困难。 During the COVID-19 epidemic situation,the poor students in higher vocational colleges are faced with many problems,such as learning difficulties,interpersonal alienation,and employment difficulties and so on. These problems can be solved from different aspects,and psychological capital cultivation for poor students is one of the relatively economic feasible measures. We can improve the psychological capital of poor students by cultivating their hope,self-confidence,optimism and resilience,and help them overcome the difficulties they face during the epidemic.
