摘　　要： 目的对长叶轮钟草进行生药鉴定。方法采用生药学显微鉴定方法研究长叶轮钟草的药材横切面和粉末显微特征。结果长叶轮钟草药材断面和粉末显微鉴别特征明显。茎的横切面有较为典型的环状细胞带和分泌腔,其粉末显微特征中石细胞、导管、棕色块、非腺毛细胞为特征性的鉴别成分。结论长叶轮钟草药材断面特征和粉末显微组织鉴定可靠,可作为长叶轮钟草的鉴定依据。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the identification of Campanumoea lancifolia(Roxb.) Merr.METHODS Using microscopic identification method to study the resource of Campanumoea lancifolia(Roxb.) Merr.Cross-section and microscopic characteristics.RESULTS The original plant medicinal materials characteristics of Campanumoea lancifolia(Roxb.) Merr.and different organs microscopic identification features of organization structure was obvious.The cross section of stem had typical circular cell band and secretory cavity.Stone cells,vessel,brown blocks,and non-glandular hair cells were characteristic components of the microscopic characteristics of the powder.CONCLUSION The identification is reliable and can be used as the basis for the identification of Campanumoea lancifolia(Roxb.) Merr.
