大学生体育锻炼对情绪调节自我效能感的影响:同伴依恋的中介作用

摘  要: 为探讨体育锻炼与大学生情绪调节自我效能感之间的关系及同伴依恋在二者之间的中介作用,依据马斯洛的需要层次理论,采用体育活动等级量表、情绪调节自我效能感量表、同伴依恋量表,对深圳大学265名在校大学生进行问卷调查,并运用T检验、相关、回归分析和bootstrap等方法对数据进行统计分析。①体育锻炼、情绪调节自我效能感、同伴依恋相互之间呈现显著正相关;②体育锻炼正向预测情绪调节自我效能感,同伴依恋在体育锻炼与情绪调节自我效能感之间起到部分中介效应,中介效应比为32.25%。 To explore the relationship between physical activity and emotion regulation self-efficacy of college students and the mediating role of peer attachment between the two,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 265 college students at Shenzhen University based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,using the Physical Activity Rating Scale,the Emotion Regulation Self-Efficacy Scale and the Peer Attachment Scale.The data were statistically analyzed by using at-test,correlation,regression analysis,and bootstrap.①Physical exercise,emotion regulation self-efficacy and peer attachment were significantly and positively correlated with each other;②Physical exercise positively predicted emotion regulation self-efficacy,and peer attachment partially mediated the relationship between physical exercise and emotion regulation self-efficacy,with a mediating effect ratio of 32.25%.
