摘　　要： 习近平在一系列讲话中强调了百花齐放、百家争鸣,古为今用、洋为中用的方针原则。在新的历史时期继续提倡学术、艺术的百花齐放、百家争鸣,表现出习近平对马克思主义文艺思想的传承与发展,对社会主义学术民主、艺术民主的自觉追求;对古为今用、洋为中用原则的强调,反映出习近平对人类文化与文艺和而不同精神的肯定,对文艺的民族特色与中国精神的坚守。建设发展社会主义文艺,应始终把"双百""双用"方针作为理论与实践指南,加强观念、内容、风格、流派切磋互鉴,以古人之规矩、开自己之生面,充分吸收不同民族的优秀养分,用中国话语表现中国精神,形成积极健康、宽松和谐的文艺氛围,推动社会主义文艺事业繁荣发展。 In a series of speeches,Xi Jinping emphasized the principle of a hundred flowers blossoming and a hundred schools of thought contending,making the past serve the present and making foreign things serve China. In the new historical period,he continued to advocate a hundred flowers blooming and a hundred schools of thought contending in academic and artistic fields,showing Xi Jinping’s inheritance and development of Marxist literary and artistic ideas,his conscious pursuit of socialist academic democracy and artistic democracy; The emphasis on the principle of making the past serve the present and the foreign things serve China,reflecting Xi Jinping’s approving on the harmony but different spirits of human culture and literature,and the sticking to the national characteristics of literature and art and the Chinese spirit. In order to build and develop socialist literature and art,we should always take the policy of 'double-hundred'and 'double-use'as a theoretical and practical guide, strengthen the mutual learning of ideas, contents, styles and schools,open up our own life with the rules of the ancients,fully absorb the fine nutrients of different nationalities,express China’s spirit in Chinese language,and form a positive and healthy,loose and harmonious atmosphere of literature and art,and to promote the prosperity and development of socialist culture.
