摘　　要： 继十八大提出道路自信、理论自信、制度自信之后,习近平进一步提出文化自信。文化自信是最根本的自信,是更基本、更深沉、更持久的力量。树立文化自信,必须始终通过培育和践行社会主义核心价值观来凝心聚力,使文化自信成为构建道路自信、理论自信与制度自信的重要精神助力和价值保障。没有社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行,文化自信就是空中楼阁,就会失去灵魂、内核和旨归;没有文化自信,社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行就必然失去基石和保障,难以成为更基本、更深沉、更持久的力量。文化自信与社会主义核心价值观自信最终又和谐统一,共同体现为社会主义制度自信、道路自信与中华民族伟大复兴的精神自信。 After the 18th CPC National Congress put forward Road Confidence,Theoretical Confidence,Institutional Confidence,Xi Jinping further put forward Cultural Confidence which is the most fundamental confidence,as well as the more essential,deeper,and more continuous power.Establishing Culture Confidence must always cultivate and practice Socialist Core Values to unite the hearts and gather strength,which makes Culture Confidence become important mental acceleration and value security for Road Confidence,Theoretical Confidence and Institutional Confidence.Without cultivation and practice of the Socialist Core Values,Culture Confidence would be castle in the air and will lost its soul,core and ultimate aim; without Cultural Confidence,the cultivation and practice of the Socialist Core Values would be bound to lost cornerstone and security and impossible to become more essential,deeper,and more continuous power.Cultural Confidence and the Confidence of Socialist Core Values are harmonious and unified,and both are reflected in Socialist System Confidence,Road Confidence,and Spiritual Confidence about great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
