摘　　要： 当前,以物流与综合交通“枢纽城市”为载体布局建设,是国家现代化强国建设的一个重要标志。文章从国家出台推进物流与交通建设的纲领性文件与解读,对枢纽经济与城市发展和策划理论框架的辩证研究,前瞻性地探究“国家物流枢纽和综合交通枢纽”城市发展的大机遇的结论。在此基础上,文章相关概念及理论,在城市发展战略下如何对“枢纽城市”策划进一步研究,得出一些有价值的思想,理念和观念,揭示一些新特征,以“枢纽经济”推动“枢纽城市”发展提供更多的指导意见,这对国家级“枢纽城市”的建设具有重要意义。 At present,the logistics and comprehensive transportation"hub city"as the carrier of the layout of the construction of the country's modernization is an important symbol of building a strong country.This paper makes a dialectical study of the theoretical framework of hub economy and urban development and planning,based on the programmatic documents and interpretations issued by the State to promote the construction of logistics and transportation,forward-looking to explore the"national logistics hub and integrated transport hub"city development opportunities conclusions.On this basis,the article related concepts and theories,how to further study the"hub city"planning under the urban development strategy,get some valuable ideas,concepts and concepts,reveal some new features,it is of great significance to promote the development of"hub city"with"hub economy"
