摘　　要： 文章采用文献资料法、数理统计法和比较法,综合研究近六届奥运会中国男篮的年龄与成绩之间的关系,研究结果显示:中国奥运男篮取得第八名时的平均年龄都介于25~26岁之间,职业球龄稳定在8年左右;球队中处于巅峰期的高水平球员越多,实力越强,比赛成绩越好;球队中各位置的实力与平均年龄关系密切,当平均年龄处于巅峰期之间时,该位置的实力较强;中锋的实力决定着球队的总体实力。 Through literature study,the system analytic hierarchy process and comparison,the thesis comprehensively studies the relationship between the age and the achievement of Chinese Men's Basketball Team,and the result shows:the average age of Chinese Men s Basketball Team was from 25 to 26 when they ranked the 8th in the Olympics with their playing length of steadily 8 years or so;the more high-leveled players at the peak,the better the team will be and the more achievement they will gain;the strength of every position in the team is closely related to the average age and the strength of a position is the best when the players average age is at the peak;the strength of the centre forward determines the overall strength of the team.
