摘 要: 在不确定性极高的情况下,创业者的变革型领导与交易型领导对初创企业员工绩效具有不同的影响,且员工的工作投入和组织承诺对变革型和交易型领导与员工绩效之间具有中介作用。分析互联网信息技术对领导效果的影响,结果显示,不确定性极高的情况能消极地调节创业者的交易型及变革型领导行为与员工绩效的关系,同时互联网信息技术对提高创业者的领导效果表现出积极的影响,这为创业者管理初创企业和政策制定者提供了新的依据。 Under the highly uncertain circumstances,the impact of entrepreneurial transformational and transactional leadership on the performance of start-ups employees is different,and the employees’work input and organizational commitment play as a mediator to the relationship between transformational and transactional leadership and employee performance.By analyzing the impact of Internet information technology on leadership,the results show that the highly uncertain circumstances negatively mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial transactional and transformative leadership behaviors and employee performance.At the same time,Internet information technology has a positive effect on entrepreneurial leadership,which is also start-ups management and policy makers provide new insights.
