摘 要: 企业高管的母国制度感知和经历如何影响新创企业国际化速度?现有文献对此缺乏充分认识。在对高管制度能力进行界定和量表开发的基础上。通过整合制度基础观、动态管理者能力理论和战略导向观等理论视角,以我国349家国际新创企业为样本数据,本文研究了高管的母国制度感知和经历影响新创企业国际化速度的内在机制和边界条件。结果显示:①高管的母国制度多样性经历有利于提高其制度能力,而制度能力有助于新创企业加快初始进入速度、国家范围速度和国际承诺速度;②制度能力在母国制度多样性经历与新创企业国际化速度之间起部分中介作用;③国际化导向越强,制度能力对新创企业国际化速度的正向影响越大。 The existing literature lacks a full understanding about how home-country institutions perceived and experienced by executives influence the internationalization speed of new ventures.Based on a sample of 349 international new ventures from China,this paper investigates the internal mechanism and boundary condition that perceived and experienced home-country institutions influence the internationalization speed of new ventures through integrating some theoretical perspectives such as the institution-based view,dynamic managerial capabilities theory and strategic orientation view.The results show that home-country institutional diversity experienced by executives is in favor of improving their institutional capability,and institutional capability is conducive to accelerating new ventures’speed of initial entry,country scope,and international commitment.Also,we find that institutional capability plays a partial mediating role between home-country institutional diversity experienced by executives and the internationalization speed of new ventures.It appears that the stronger the international orientation,the more significant the positive effect of institutional capability on the internationalization speed of new ventures.
