摘 要: 以广东高校为例,当前我国应用型翻译人才培养中存在三个问题,即应用型翻译人才培养定位与课程设置问题,应用翻译教学创新研究与产学研深化的问题,应用翻译教学"双师型"师资与教学方法和手段的提升的问题等。针对这些问题,我们应采用结合广州的地域和文化与经济特色形成明确的培养目标,实现校企合作教育和企业/市场发展研究以及开发独具本校特色的产学研应用翻译教学研究,"送出去""请进来"等"双师型"师资培养与"多模块"的教学方法和手段,提高人才培养的效果。 There exist some problems in our current educational model of applied translation talents. Based on the present situation of Guangdong Universities, this thesis points out three main problems existing on current translation talent training practice. Some reasonable solutions are accordingly proposed like shaping Guangzhou-oriented specific objects and curriculum of translation talent training ; developing applied translation teaching research based on cooperation between universities, market and enterprises;fomulating“sending out” “importing”teaching staff training models and concerned multi-module teaching methods etc.
