摘　　要： 随着传统媒体的深度转型,新闻寻租的模式和手段也在发生新的变化。网络平台寻租乱象频发、现代化程度高,新闻寻租行为衍生了较为完备的上下游体系和完整的寻租利益链,媒体恶性竞争激烈。新闻寻租乱象的产生与寻租的市场因素、媒体管理面临的冲击与变化、媒体行业环境等相关,同时还受社会治理因素的影响。对此,新闻寻租乱象的治理应该采取内外双层结合的方式,一方面要增强其行业自律、优化媒体行业结构;一方面要整顿有偿新闻等买方市场,完善新闻业顶层设计,优化法律监管体系,以构建良好媒体生态,促进社会治理进步。 With the deep transformation of traditional media,the mode and means of news rent-seeking are also undergoing new changes with a high degree of modernization.News rent-seeking behavior has derived a relatively complete upstream and downstream system and a complete rent-seeking interest chain,but the vicious competition of media is fierce,and the disorder of rent-seeking occurs frequently on network platforms.The emergence of news rent-seeking disorder is related to the market factors of rent-seeking,the impact and change faced by media management,the environment of media industry,etc.,and it is also affected by social governance factors.In this regard,the governance of news rent-seeking disorder should adopt a combination of internal and external methods.On the one hand,it is necessary to strengthen the self-discipline of the industry and optimize the structure of the media industry.On the other hand,it is necessary to rectify the buyer’s market such as paid news,improve the top-level design of journalism,optimize the legal supervision system,so as to build a good media ecology and promote the progress of social governance.
