摘 要: 中国行政导向的城镇化保障了城乡学校的基础建设,却也加速了人口向大城市的流动,对"后标准化"时代的校长领导力提出了新挑战。本研究选择Y市学校作为调查对象,通过混合研究法开展问卷调查和访谈,探讨城镇化背景下校长领导力的结构、影响及其情境性。研究发现校长的目标管理、评价和专业支持能够促进教师发展,校长的协调和专业支持有助于学校环境建设;校长的审时度势有利于学校的整体发展。基于此,本研究结合空间社会学的视角,提出校长在城镇化的进程中应具备情境智慧,将内部治理建立在情境认知的基础之上;破解当下固化的"领土法则",传递"人中人"的培养目标,涵养乡土文化。 Administrative-oriented urbanization in China not only guarantees urban and rural schools' infrastructure, but also prompts population mobility, which present new challenges to principal leadership in the era of post-standardization. The study choses schools in Y city as object of investigation and employed mixed method to explore the structure, impact and local meanings of principal leadership in the context of urbanization. It is found that principal's management by objectives, assessment skill and professional support is beneficial to teachers' development, and principal's coordination skill and professional support is helpful to school environment, and the principal who is good at taking stock is advantageous in promoting the whole development of school. Based on the perspective of spatial sociology, the study is conclude with that the principal should have contextual intelligence and do internal governance after grasp the whole situation, break down the "territorial" imperatives, delivery the ethic aim of community inclusion, cultivate local culture in the process of urbanization.
