摘　　要： 城镇化带来的深刻变革对教育质量产生了强大的冲击,不同地区在教育质量的公平、效能、效率、回应性、相关性、反思性、可持续性上面临不同的挑战。城镇化进程中义务教育质量保障机制需以教与学为核心,以教育公平为基础,因时、因地制宜地实现教育质量内涵的良好匹配,具体到操作层面,在形成共识的前提下倡导多元主体的参与,完善教育质量标准的设计,形成学校改进与教育问责的双向互动系统。 Profound social changes resulted by urbanization exerts a great impact on education quality.The fabric of education quality consisting of effectiveness,efficiency,equity, responsiveness, relevance,reflexivity and sustainability face different challenges in varied regions. Quality assurance mechanism for compulsory education should focus on teaching and learning,taking equity as quality base,to achieve a good match of qualitative fabric according to time and space in the process of urbanization. Specific to operational level,it calls different interest groups to engage in quality assurance guided by consensus,to improve the design of educational quality standards,and to form interactive system between school improvement and educational accountability.
