互动技能培训对小组互动质量的影响研究

摘  要: 本研究探究非英语专业商务英语课堂的互动技能培训对小组互动质量的影响。随机选取大二两个班作为实验班和控制班。实验班接受了为期12周的互动技能培训,控制班进行相同的小组互动活动,但没有显性的互动技能培训。实验中使用的互动技能包括互动倾听、话题拓展和修正互动三种,小组互动质量以互动性和平等性两个维度来考量。在前测和后测中,两个班的小组互动被分别录音,并转写成文字。结果显示,互动技能培训可以增加小组互动的互动微技能使用频率、互动参与总量、话轮数和会话量,提升了小组互动的相互性和平等性,从而提高了小组互动的质量。 The research explores the effect of interactive skills training on the quality of group interaction in non-English major Business in English classroom. Two sophomore classes were randomly chosen as the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received 12 - week interactive skills training based on a training program designed for the purpose of the present study while the control group received an interaction practice with no explicit focus on interactive skills. These skills targeted in the training program included interactive listening,topic development and modified interaction. The quality of group interaction was measured by means of two dimensions,i. e.,mutuality and equality. Both classes’group discussions were recorded in pre-test and post-test and the data were transcribed for analysis. The result reveals that the training program increased the frequency of interactive micro-skills,the total amount of interactive participation,and the number of turns and discourses. Mutuality and equality have been enhanced,which means the improvement of the quality of group interaction.
