摘　　要： 近年来,许多高校在开展劳动教育时遇到一些问题,这些问题主要体现在对劳动教育认识、劳动教育课程和教学内容设置、教育机制和教育资源等方面。为了使劳动教育教学能够顺利开展,各高校需要科学合理设置劳动教育课程,完善劳动教育体系,不断更新和丰富劳动教育内容,健全劳动教育机制,完善劳动教育管理流程,搭建好校内劳动教育教学平台,大力开发和挖掘校外劳动实践资源。这些对策建议对高校解决劳动教育存在的问题具有一定的参考价值。 In recent years,many colleges have encountered some problems in carrying out labor education.These problems are mainly reflected in the understanding of labor education,the setting of labor education curriculum and teaching content,educational mechanism and educational resources.In order to carry out labor education teaching smoothly,colleges need to set up labor education courses scientifically and reasonably,improve the labor education system,constantly update and enrich the labor education content,perfect the labor education mechanism,optimize the labor education management process,build a good labor education teaching platform on campus and vigorously develop labor practice resources outside campus.These countermeasures have certain reference value for colleges to solve the problems of labor education.
