高职院校全科型小学教育专业人才培养研究

摘  要: 全科型小学教育教师是时代发展需要。高职院校小学教育专业应注重多学科、多知识、多层次能力的培养,让学生能够胜任小学教育各个岗位教学需要。目前高职院校全科型小学教育专业人才培养存在生源质量良莠不齐、教学课时有限、分类教学和因材施教不到位、实践教学未全面开展等问题。培养卓越全科型小学教育人才,高职院校要提高生源质量,招录多学科知识扎实的考生。利用线上线下混合式教学,完善课程系统设置,优化课程内容。根据学生学科知识和能力基础实行大全科、小全科和“1+X”分类教学,因材施教。全面开展实践教学,着重培养学生小学教学设计和实施的能力。 General subject primary school education teachers are the needs of the development of the times. Primary education major in higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the cultivation of multi-disciplinary, multi-level knowledge and multi-level ability, so that students can be competent for the teaching needs of various posts in primary education. At present, there are some problems in the cultivation of general subject primary education professionals in higher vocational colleges, such as uneven quality of students, limited teaching hours, inadequate classified teaching and individualized teaching, and incomplete practice teaching. Higher vocational colleges should improve the quality of students and recruit examinees with solid knowledge of many subjects to cultivate excellent general subject primary education talents. Using online and offline hybrid teaching improve the curriculum system settings, optimize the course content. According to the students’ knowledge and ability, we will carry out general subjects, minor general subjects and "1+X" classification teaching, and teach students according to their aptitude. Practical teaching should be carried out in an all-round way, focusing on training students’ ability of teaching design and implementation in primary schools.
