摘 要: 我国公共危机教育在实践中的缺失与理论上的匮乏,为公共危机教育体系的全新设计、整体规划,留下了改革空间与发展机遇。公共危机教育平台系统是保证公共危机教育在全社会科学有效实施的诸因素有机整合的治理模式,包括制度与责任、社会参与、知识与信息、方法论、支持保障等五大平台。最后提出了建设公共危机教育平台系统的建议。 Deficiencies on the practice and theory of public crisis education in China, leave reformation room and development opportunity for wholly redesigning and entirely planning. Public crisis education platform system,which consists of platforms of institution and responsibility, social participation, knowledge and information, methodology, and supportive safeguard, is a governance model of all factors organic integrity for scientific and effective implementation of public crisis education. Finally some advices are made on how to construct the platform.
