摘　　要： 平台商业模式的巨大成功和平台产业的崛起,推动着平台经济时代的到来。Rochet与Tirole于2006年对早期双边市场理论进行了较好的综述。然而,以平台经济学和战略学为内容的双边平台理论在近10年迅速发展,成为经济学和战略管理学中最为活跃的研究领域,因此,有必要对此后的研究成果进行综述。近5年来,双边平台研究由运行机制及建设机理转向竞争战略领域。尤其是2013年前后,平台战略研究著作突然大量涌现,本文对其中影响力较大的著作进行了述评。 The great success of platform business model and the rise of the platform industry are promoting the arrival of the era of platform-based economy. Rochet and Tirole gave a good progress report of two-sided markets in 2006, while the theory of two-sided platform, platform economics and platform strategy as the main contents, which has developed rapidly over the past decade, becomes the most active research areas of economics and strategic management. So it is necessary to review the research achievements after 2006. In recent 5 years, the theory of two-sided platform has been converted to competi- tion strategies from operating mechanism and construction mechanism. Especially after 2013, massive research works on platform strategy have been suddenly emerging, of which with greater influence are outlined.
