摘　　要： 本文提出了在学科教学论课程教学过程中有效提高师范生教学能力的方案———实地试教训练模式 ,并阐述了这一模式设计的原理 ,以及在语文教学论课程教学中所进行的实验的情况。 This paper proposes the training pattern of field teaching practice, which is a project that can efficiently heightens the student-teachers' teaching ability in the teaching process of the subject teaching curriculum. In addition, it discusses the principle of pattern design and introduces the teaching experiment in Chinese.
