摘 要: 国民语文素养的形成,既取决于学校的语文教学,同时也与家庭和社会等因素的影响密不可分。因此,衡量一个人语文素养的高低,不仅仅是看一份试卷,还要看他在社会活动中的表现。明乎此,才能更好地解决基础教育阶段语文教学中存在的一些问题,更好地发挥语文教学在提高我国国民语文素养中所起的作用。 The development of national level of the use of Chinese depends both on school' s teaching and influences from family and society. To judge a person' s level of the use of Chinese, therefore, we should not consider solely the exames, we should also observe their behaviors in social life. Only with this in mind can we solve better problems in basic Chinese language teaching and improve the role of Chinese language teaching in improving the national level of the use of Chinese.
