摘　　要： 目的:基于医务人员的认知与需求,对医责险发展路径提出建议。方法:抽样调查部分医务人员,个别访谈某管理人员。结果 :75.2%的调查对象表示对医责险有一定了解但不多;医务人员的主观需求强烈且有显著性差异(P≤0.012);医务人员对医责险较多采取观望行为。结论 :关注差异需求,建立灵活机制和完善医疗责任险。 Objectives： Based on the cognition and demand of medical liability insurance from the medical staffs of Guangzhou, to make some suggestions for its development. Methods： A convenient sampling survey was conducted among medical staffs and managers. Results： There were 75.2% of the respondents knowing a little about this insurance, and 85.2% of them thinking it is necessary to be insured. There was significant difference in demands among medical staffs, and medical staffs would wait to buy it. Conclusion： Based on difference in demands, a flexible mechanism should be established and the medical liability insurance should be improved.
