摘　　要： 思想政治工作是高校工作的“生命线”。加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,是一个长期的过程,不可能一蹴而就,也不可能一劳永逸。动态掌握大学生思想变化,寻求与之思想交流的平台,扩大教育的覆盖面,探索思政教育的新途径,引入心理学等方法,塑造大学生健全的人格,是当前进行思想政治工作的重要内容。关注大学生,实现教育的“网络化”、科学化、现代化,这样的思想政治工作才更具生命力。 The ideological and political work is the＂ lifehne ＂ of the work in university. It is a long-term course to strengthen and improve university students＇ ideological and political education, neither to accomphsh in one move, nor to get it done once and forever. They are important contents for carrying on the ideological and political work at present： grasping university students＇ changing ideas dynamically, seeking a platform to communicate with these ideas, expanding the coverage of education, exploring a new way for ideological and political education, introducing such method as psychology, as well as,moulding university student＇ s sound personality. Paying close attention to university students, realizing＂ network＂, scientific, modern education, such ideological and political work has much more vitality.
