摘　　要： 本文从英国桂冠诗人泰德·休斯的西约克郡渊源入手，从三个方面论述探究休斯对凯尔特诗歌传统的继承和弘扬：休斯认为诗人是能够医治人类心灵疾病的萨满；休斯从凯尔特文化中寻找活力；休斯呼吁人类与自然的再度亲近。 This paper starts from the west Yorkshire origin of English Laureate Poet Ted Hughes, it makes an attempt to study Hughes＇s inheriting and promoting Celtic poetry tradition in three aspects： According to Hughes, a poet is a shaman, who can treat the psychological disease of human beings; Hughes seeks for vitality from Celtic culture; Hughes appeals for Humans＇s closeness to nature.
