摘　　要： 学习贯彻十九大精神最重要的是深入学习领会习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,这是党的"十九大"的灵魂。要全面准确科学理解习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,必须科学认识准确把握习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想产生的条件和时代背景及其形成过程,必须科学认识准确把握习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的丰富内涵与特征、精神实质和历史地位。 The most important thing to learn and carry out the spirit of the 19th CPC Central Commission is to study deeply and comprehend the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping. This is the soul of the 19 th CPC Central Commission.The author believes that a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping.A scientific understanding of the conditions and background of the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping must be scientifically understood.
