摘　　要： 过重的课业负担，不仅影响了学生的健康发展和素质的全面提高，而且是困扰我国基础教育改革的客观因素。因此，在中央政策的导引下，减轻学生的课业负担，势在必行。 Too much studying burden not only influences students' healthy development and quality improvement, but also is a objective factor that bothers the elementary education reform. So it is necessary to reduce students' studying burden guilded by the central government's policies.
