摘　　要： 贯通式思政育人体系的主要目标是打通翻译硕士专业学位研究生教育中的育人薄弱环节。该体系的构建以上海外国语大学高级翻译学院的实践探索为基础;其建设和实施紧紧围绕总体育人目标,打破各环节、各部门相对分离的格局,根据课程、实践、党建、管理、文化建设等不同育人途径的特点,探索并形成了五个贯通的不同思政育人重点;在思政教师、专业教师和教学管理人员之间,在党员与非党员教工之间形成育人合力,构建合力、协同、共联、多维的思政新格局。 In response to the need for a more comprehensive approach to nurturing students'moral and political integrity within the Master of Translation and Interpreting Program,this study focuses on the conception of a comprehensive and collaborative ideological and political education system and its practical implementations carried out at the Graduate Institute of Interpretation and Translation of Shanghai International Studies University.The objective of the system is to cultivate exceptional translators and interpreters who not only demonstrate professional competence but also possess moral and political integrity.This system tries to break away from the conventional separation of departments and weave ideological and political education into five key areas,including classroom teaching,student internships and social practice,party building,administration,and student activities.Successful implementation of this system requires the collaboration of a diverse teaching workforce comprising counselors,teachers,as well as administrative personnel.
