摘　　要： 刑事诉讼中专家辅助人的出现,是刑事证据审查判断活动的需要,是证据规则活动的需要,是刑事抗辩活动的需要,归根结底是刑事诉讼模式调适的需要。在倡导审判中心主义的诉讼制度改革背景下,对专家辅助人属性的认识,关系到专家辅助人制度构建的具体设计。专家辅助人独立诉讼地位的确立,是完善专家辅助人职能活动的保障。 Expert assessors＇s emergence in criminal procedure should meet the need of criminal evidence review and judgement, criminal defense, and ultimately,criminal lawsuit pattern adjustment.Under the background of advocating judgement-centered lawsuit system reform, knowledge of attribute of expert assessors is concerned with the specific design for construction of expert assessors＇ system. The establishment of expert assessors＇independent lawsuit status is a guarantee for improving the expert auxiliary function activities.
