摘　　要： 视听资料作为法定证据种类之一,在刑事案件中发挥着独特的侦查及证据价值。基于法律的明确规定、证据自身的属性以及视听频资料自身的特点,对视听资料的审查判断工作十分必要。侦查人员应紧紧围绕证据的基本属性进行,从视听资料的客观性、关联性、合法性三个方面对其进行审查判断。最后结合全案其他证据进行审查判断,从而完成对视听资料的可采性与证明力的立体审视。 As one of the legal evidences, audio - visual material plays an important role in criminal cases. It is very necessary to examine and judge the audio - visual material on account of the regulation of law, the attrib- utes of the evidence and the characteristics of audio - visual material. Examination and judgment of audio - visual material should mainly focus on three characteristics of evidence, namely, objectiveness, relevance and validity. The admissibility and weight of the evidence of the audio - visual material should be determined integrating with other evidences.
