摘　　要： 在众多侦查措施中，侦查实验对侦查实践具有不可替代的作用。目前，我国理论界和司法实践对实验规则关注颇少。从侦查实验的理论基础和性质上看，侦查实验的规则应当包括：相近条件规则、反复实验规则和文明与安全实验规则。 In numerous investigative measures, the investigative experiments have irreplaceable function in practice. At present, our theoretical circles and judicial practice has few attention to it, and from the theoretical basis and quality, the principle of investigative experiments should include similar condition principle, repeated experiments principle, safe and cultural experiment principle.
