摘　　要： 《史记》中"范蠡救子"故事背后蕴含着丰富的伦理思想:人是环境的产物;敬畏规则下的亲情;维护自尊下的友情;履行责任需要责任意识与责任能力。这些思想给新时代进行精神文明建设带来一些启示:应当注重优化育人环境;人人要敬畏规则;交友既要自尊又要尊重他人;要把培养责任意识与提升责任能力统一起来。 The classic tale with ideological value must like active volcano.We don't know the time when it will burst out strong power.Fan Li was a famous politician,militarist,thinker and businessman during the end of the spring and autumn period.The legend of Fan Li life experience had been eulogized everywhere.The ethical implication of the story‘Fan Li saved his son’in Records of the Grand Historian is rich:people is social environmental product;we should hold in awe and veneration to rules before cherish family;we should attach importance to oneself-esteem before preserve friendship;fulfill responsibility needs both of consciousness of responsibility and capacity for responsibility.These ethical thought enlighten us when we construct spiritual civilization in new era:pay attention to optimize the educational environment;everyone should hold in awe and veneration to rules;we should protect both of ourselves esteem and other persons self-esteem when we make friends with others;we should not only develop our consciousness of responsibility but also train our capacity for responsibility.
