摘　　要： 由于商品房买卖具有与其他商品买卖不同的特征,诚信成为一个很重要的问题。为了规范商品房买卖中的诚信问题,我国相继颁布了一些法律法规,最高人民法院于2003年5月7日发布了最新的关于商品房买卖的司法解释,对商品房买卖中的诚信问题作了比较具体的规定,是我们处理商品房买卖纠纷的重要依据。重点探讨商品房买卖中的失信问题及规范。 As the sale of commercial housing has different characteristics comparing to the trading of other goods, the matter of good faith becomes a crucial problem. Some laws and regulations have been enacted in order to regulate the matter of good faith in the sales of commercial housing, especially the newest judicial interpretation on the sales of commercial housing promulgated by the Supreme Court on May 7,2003, which is comparatively detailed in the matter of good faith, provides an important basis for us to solve the disputes arising from the sales of commercial housing. This article focuses on the problem of break faith in the sales of commercial housing and its regulation.
