摘 要: 提高教学效果和教学质量是教学研究的核心问题。随着信息化产业的普及,信息化课堂模式迈入教育领域。翻转课堂作为教育改革的产物,被应用于高职院校的体育课堂中。该研究运用翻转课堂教学模式对大二年级乒乓球选项课学生进行授课,让师生在教学中互换角色,促进学生主动学习。研究表明,翻转教学组和传统教学组在实验前后均会呈现出显著性差异(P<0.05),说明两种教学模式对学生的成绩均有所提高;但以学生为中心的翻转组的优良率明显高于传统组优良率,说明该教学模式较好地提高了学生的技能水平,对高校践行大学体育课内外一体化及大学生阳光体育具有积极意义。 Improving the teaching effect and teaching quality is the core issue of teaching research. With the popularization of information industry, the information classroom model has also entered the education field, and the flipped class has been applied to the physical education class in higher vocational colleges as a product of educational reform. This paper teaches sophomores tennis elective course by the flipped class mode, allowing teachers and students to exchange roles in teaching and promote students to learn actively. The experiment proves that the flipping teaching group and the traditional teaching group show differences before and after the experiment(p<0.05), which shows that the students’ scores have been improved by the two teaching modes, but the excellent rate of the student-centered flipped class group is significantly higher than that in the traditional group. This teaching mode better improves students’ skill level, which has a positive significance for colleges and universities to practice the internal and external integration of college physical education and college students’ sunshine sports.
