摘　　要： 互联网供应链金融是一种将互联网技术与供应链金融深度融合的金融模式,互联网技术的运用可以解决供应链金融的风险定价和资金对接问题,能够充分拓展供应链金融的广阔市场,具有良好的发展前景。首先,互联网供应链金融从组织形式的视角分为电商主导、商业银行主导、核心企业主导、IT企业主导、物流企业主导、第三方平台主导等六种模式;其次从商业模式、数据基础、风险控制、盈利能力等四个方面对这六种模式进行比较分析;最后对中国发展互联网供应链金融提出了若干建议。 Internet supply chain finance（ ISCF） is a financial model,which merged the Internet technology with supply chain finance. The emergency of the Internet solved the problems of the risk pricing and the capital docking of supply chain finance,so ISCF has gained a promising prospect and bright future. This paper first classifies ISCF into six models： e-commerce-led,commerce bank-led,core enterprise-led,IT enterprise-led,logistics enterprise-led and third-party-led models. Then we conduct a comparative analysis from four aspects： business model,data foundation,risk management and profitability. Finally,several suggestions are proposed for the development of ISCF in China.
