摘 要: 高职毕业生就业难,是困扰着高职院校的大问题。为了解决高职院校毕业生就业难题,实现高职教育向“以就业为导向,以市场为导向,以社会需求为导向”教育机制的根本转变,对学生培养模式的改革是重中之重。“订单培养”,作为一种新型的学生培养模式,其推行以来显现出强大的生命力与勃勃生机,为高职院校的教育改革与发展提供一条可行之道。该文从金融企业的用人机制、广东农工商职业技术学院金融专业的办学实际出发,探究在我校金融专业实施“订单培养”教育模式的可行性。 Employment is a thorny problem for polytechnic colleges. To solve this problem and change the educational mechanism to a 'employment-oriented, market-oriented and social demand-oriented' one, the transition of student's training-mode is very important. Being an innovative training-mode, 'order-education' mode displays strong vitality since being implemented. This article tries to expound the feasibility of implementing 'order-education' mode in international finance major, by analyzing the reality of Guangdong AIB polytechnic college in managing financial major and financial institutions.
