摘　　要： 本文着重介绍了一种新型的基础设施项目融资方式———ＢＯＴ，并就我国基础设施投资面临的困境，阐明在我国进行推广实施该方式的必要性。 The paper introduces a new approach to the circulation of funds for infrastructure facilities, namely BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer). The authors maintain that in face of the difficult situation with regard to the investment in infrastructure facilities in our country at present, it is necessary to adopt the BOT approach. Practical measures in implementing the BOT approach are also discussed in the paper.
