摘 要: 简述了非语言交流及其分类、特点,对图书馆员运用非语言交流的重要性、在具体运用中起到强化语言交流的效果、树立图书馆员良好的形象、建立与读者的融洽关系,从而提高服务质量以及不宜使用的非语言等问题进行了初步探讨。 This paper has introduced the types and characteristics of non-verbal communications between librarians, probed into the importance and positive effects of non-verbal communications among librarians in construct a good image and harmonious librarian-readers relationship, with the objective to improve reader service. Meanwhile, the paper has put forward suggestions on how to avoid improper non-verbal communications among librarians.
