摘　　要： 随着网络经济的快速发展 ,网络银行已成为国际金融市场的热点 ,并将成为国际银行业发展的必然趋势。网络技术的发展及运用 ,改变了银行业的传统经营理念 ,带动了混业经营的加速发展 ,同时也带来了网络安全等新的金融风险。面对新的形势 ,中国银行业如何克服传统经营思想和营销方式等诸多不足 ,关键要正确树立网络银行发展的新理念 ,再造银行组织架构及业务流程 ,加强监管 ,完善法制 ,积极探索体制创新和技术创新 ,以迎接加入 With the rapid development of web economy, web banks have become the focus of the international financial market, estimated to be the inevitable trend of international banking growth. The popularity of the Internet,the application of web banks are getting more extensive and deeper. As a result, the development and application of network technology have lowered the cost of financial service and changed the traditional concepts about banking business,thus bringing about an accelerative growth of the mixed operation and some new financial ventures such as web safety. Being confronted with new situations, China's banking should make great efforts to establish a new notion about web banking development, rebuild the organizational structure of banks and its business process, enforce supervision, perfect the law system, and seek the innovation of system and technology, so as to be capable of dealing with such issues as operating notions, marketing tradition, lack of technology and experts, financial innovation lagging behind, and monotonous profit earning means.
