摘　　要： 本文系统地介绍了KOSDAQ及国内创业板上市条件及要求。与中国创业板上市相比,韩国创业板上市具有融资能力强、上市时间短、市场比较活跃、维护费用低等优势;而中国创业板的优势在于其法律及会计规范要求为我们所熟悉,易于操作。本文对拟赴创业板上市企业提出了建议。 This paper systematically describes the conditions and requirements of the GEM Listing between Korea and China, As well as advantages and disadvantages of the two GEM made an analysis. Our Conclusion is that KOSDAQ has the advantages of strong financing capacity, and the Listing time t is short, and it markets are more active and low maintenance cost. The advantage of China GEM lies in its legal and accounting regulatory requirements for us are familiar, easy to operate. Finally, We Proposed some suggestions to the companies it is going to the GEM-listed, and we make a brief guidelines for the firm preparing to the GEM Listing.
