摘 要: 教师领导是教育领导的新发展,是教师通过领导途径实现教师发展的一种有效方式,具有赋权增能、合作互动、教师专业化等特征。推进教师领导,需要学校用理念来指导、机制来保障、文化来引领,充分发挥教师的主体性。 Teacher leadership is the development of the concept of educational leadership. Taking leadership is an effective form for teachers to realize their development. It has the feature of teacher empowerment, interactive cooperation and promoting teachers ' specialization. To training teacher leadership, the school must take such measures as guiding by theory, ensuring by system, leading by culture, and giving full play of teachers' subjectivity.
