摘　　要： 可持续发展是世界各国追求的共同目标。企业作为经济的基本组织单位,与社会和环境资源有着很强的互动性,企业不仅要追求自身利润最大化,更需要承担社会责任,推动企业、环境、社会的可持续性,实现社会经济的可持续发展。 Sustainable development is the pursuit of common goals around the world.As the basic economic organizational unit,corporations have a strong interactivity with society and environmental resources.Corporations should not only pursue their own profit maximization,but also bear the social responsibility,promote the business,environmental and social sustainability,to achieve the sustainable socio-economic development.
