摘　　要： 高职扩招是深化办学体制改革和育人机制改革的重大举措,对推动我国教育特别是高等教育结构优化和内涵式发展具有重大意义。嘉应学院在高职扩招背景下,对教师教育类和医学类高职人才培养模式进行探索和研究,构建基于学校培养与在岗培养相结合的新型培养模式。实践相关教学管理体制机制、人才培养方案、课程设置和实操体系、教学方式、师资建设等,打通从业人员上升通道,促使其学历提升、职后培训、继续教育的有机衔接与融合,实现职业素养再提高。从而反哺当地经济社会发展,推动课程、教材、教法、医疗等改革创新,提升当地教育教学质量和医疗水平,为现代基础教育和卫生医疗事业作出积极贡献。 The expansion of higher vocational education is an important measure to deepen the reform of school running system and education mechanism,which is of great significance to promote the structural optimization and connotative development of China's education,especially higher education.Under the background of higher vocational enrollment expansion,Jiaying University explores and studies the talent cultivation mode of teacher education and medical higher vocational education,builds a new cultivation mode based on the combination of school training and on-the-job training,and practices the relevant teaching management system and mechanism,talent training scheme,curriculum and practical operation system,teaching methods,teacher construction,etc.The research and practice opens up the rising channel of employees,promote the organic connection and integration of academic degree promotion,post service training and continuing education,and realize the further improvement of professional quality.The students benefited from the higher vocational talents cultivation mode will feed back the local economic and social development,and make positive contributions to the local basic education and health care undertakings after graduation.
