摘 要: 提升本科人才培养质量是深化我国高校教育教学改革的重要内容,实践教学是促进人才培养质量提升的重要组成部分。文章分析了现阶段经济学本科专业实践教学中还存在的理念滞后、目标达成性不足、教师指导能力不足、实践基地不完善,校企合作培养机制不健全等问题;探讨了提升人才培养质量对经济学本科实践教学的要求,并对经济学本科人才培养与实践教学改革进行了深入阐述;最后从加强对实践教学的重视、强化校企融合,提升协同育人水平、提高实践内容质量等方面提出了对策建议。 Improving the quality of undergraduate education is an important part of China's college education and teaching reform.Practical teaching is an important part of promoting the quality of talent training.This article analyzes the problems of the current practice teaching of economics undergraduate majors,such as lagging ideas,inadequate goals,inadequate teacher guidance,inadequate practice bases,and inadequate school-enterprise cooperation training mechanisms.Then,the paper analyzes the requirements of undergraduate economics teaching for improving the quality of talent training,and explains the reform of undergraduate economics training and practical teaching.Finally,suggestions are put forward in terms of strengthening the emphasis on practical teaching,strengthening school-enterprise integration,improving the level of collaborative education,and improving the quality of practical content.
