摘　　要： 天才儿童教育已经成为印度尼西亚特殊教育发展的一块重要拼图。印尼天才儿童教育着力从法律法规、发展政策、经费投入、师资培养等方面构建保障体系,在天才儿童选拔过程中注重多轮、多维测试,发展了特殊学校、特殊班级以及与常规教育融合等培养模式,并通过差异化、加速化和丰富化三种培养方式对天才儿童进行个性化培养。同时,印尼高校为天才学生升学提供了多种招录方式,以全国天才儿童协会为代表的协会组织也在印尼天才儿童教育中扮演着重要角色。 Education of gifted children has become an important jigsaw puzzle in the development of special education in Indonesia.Indonesia focuses on building a guarantee system for the education of gifted children from the aspects of laws and regulations,development policies,fund investment and teacher training.In the selection process of gifted children,it pays attention to multiple rounds and multi-dimensional tests,then develops special schools,special classes,and integration with regular education,which mainly adopts three training methods of differentiation,acceleration,and enrichment.Indonesian universities offer a variety of recruitment options for gifted students.Associations represented by the Indonesian National Association for Gifted Children play an important role in the education of gifted children.
